Are You Living On the Bright Side?

What will it cost us to focus on the positive things in our lives? Can we turn the worst situations into wonderful situations by looking on the bright side? Well, maybe we can’t completely turn them into something else, but we can definitely change our perspective about them. You have to remember that your gratitude is the gateway to your happiness. The more grateful you are, the more you’ll see great things come your way. The bright side is always the right side. Try living on the bright side this week.

Happy Movement is the Best Movement

Dancing brings a smile to the faces of those who love to move their feet and groove their hips. Whether you are into tap, ballet, hip hop, or you’re dancing in the kitchen with your little ones, your movement should make you happy. As we all work to keep your bodies in optimum shape, it’s imperative to choose happy movement. Exercise, workouts, or activities that make you want to scream, complain, and cuss somebody out might not be the best option if you’re looking to continue the process and make it a part of your daily rituals. Research shows us that women who enjoy their choice of movement are more likely to continue, resulting in better health, a better mood, and a better body.

How Plants Aid in Your Peace & Prosperity

Plants are divine elements of Mother Earth that come to breathe life into us (literally). If you’re not a Plant Mama, you may not realize how much peace and prosperity can come from watering, loving, and caring for the green angels many women have come to adore. Many women treat their plants like babies, and those same plants grow like babies into beautiful works of art.  Plants are known for their healing properties, and now it’s becoming an even deeper sentiment to be a plant parent.

Many women use plants as a tangible expression of their metaphorical growth. Whether it’s a Monstera or a Dracaena Trifasciata (also known as a Snake Plant), the time and attention it takes to grow a plant is directly connected to the peace and prosperity they can bring. Plants require that their owners “slow down” and “pay close attention” to what they need. Slowing down and paying close attention are the foundational elements of peace, and plants cultivate peace in those who take the time to care for them. In addition to peace, plants bring prosperity into our lives by removing toxins from the air, bringing more oxygen into our spaces, and attracting wealth to our homes (according to ancient Eastern cultures).

Make this spring a bit more green by adding some plants, peace, and prosperity to your home.
